About the Company
Designs Cultivated grew out of my desire to use the web and print to help small businesses, individuals and non-profits communicate their ideas and connect with people. I love the creative process and working with people to create a product that will meet their needs.
My web and print design skills include HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS Javascript, jQuery, Adobe CS4, Flash, and Wordpress. I also have experience with linking social media, such as facebook and twitter to websites, as well as setting up blogs and email enews communications.
Growing up in Providence, RI, I was surrounded by art in many forms. I spent my time as an undergraduate at Brown University creating works in painting, sculpture, and drawing. Since graduating, I have been a teacher of environmental education, art, and elementaty education, a mother and homemaker, and a web designer. I currently live on the north shore of Massachusetts with my husband and two children.
